I am a really friendly girl once I get comfortable, I want all the cuddles and love. I do tend to stick with people, I could be called a clinger dog, and when I see people I get so excited I have to jump up and greet them! Once an application is approved, we ask potential adopters to come to the shelter to visit the pet or pets they are interested in. If it seems like a great fit, then we would have you fill out the Adoption Contract and provide you with the pet's medical chart, some of the food it is currently eating, and offer any advice we can on that individual cat or dog.

Our shelter is located at 1471, US Highway 20 West, Elizabeth, IL, 61028. Our hours are: Monday - Saturday, 10am to 3pm. We can provide by-appointment-only visits from 3pm to 5:30pm. We are closed on Sundays.
