My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I am a playful guy who can be apprehensive around new people. I have been known to bark at new people and need time to accept them. I enjoy treats, One of my favorite treats are peanut butter, I really like the Jif Natural Creamy...I can't get enough of it! Treats have really helped me learn that new people are good and trustworthy here at the shelter. And once I trust you get ready for PLAYTIME! I love running and playing in the yard, and will run up and hug you showering you with kisses! I'm not sure about the other dogs here at the shelter, I tend to bark at them. I haven't really had may chances to meet a dog in my life, so if I do go to a home with another dog it may take some time to adjust. I do like kids, sometimes I can get carried away and knock them over when I get really excited. I am currently in basic obedience training with Molly once a week, I know how to sit and hopefully by the end I'll be able to stay! If you think you have it in your heart to welcome me into your home, you should apply for me today! Additional adoption info

Once an application is approved, we ask potential adopters to come to the shelter to visit the pet or pets they are interested in. If it seems like a great fit, then we would have you fill out the Adoption Contract and provide you with the pet's medical chart, some of the food it is currently eating, and offer any advice we can on that individual cat or dog.
