My story

Name: Marley
Breed: Papillon Mix
Age: ~2.5 years

Background: Marley was adopted at CMACC but was found wandering around Charlotte. A good Samaritan briefly took care of him to improve his health before bringing him to us.

Personality: Marley is incredibly energetic and loves to run, chase, and jump! When he chases butterflies and bees, he jumps like a little grasshopper and it's adorable (and impressive that he can get so high). He is a playful little guy that often gets the zoomies. He is also sweet and affectionate -- he loves kids and appears to be dog friendly. He hasn't been cat tested but does try to play with them when we pass by their room.

Ideal Home: Marley would appreciate daily walks or a backyard to enjoy his zoomies. He would love a play mate, whether furry or human. He would make a wonderful family dog!

Final Thoughts: Marley hasn't been with us long so we are still learning new things about him. Everything we've seen so far indicates that he is overall a happy, energetic, and sweet boy. Come down to the shelter to meet him yourself!
