"My idea of absolute happiness is to be with my dog!" The family who adopts Socks can look forward to many years of joy with her!
Why we love Socks: Her warmth and equanimity make her a sought after companion.
Socks is such a sweetheart! She is so beautiful with her dazzling doggie smile and brindle and white coat. Socks is five years old and weighs 63 pounds.
She has such a serene, good natured personalty and is a very charming canine! We love spending time with this wonderful dog! Socks enjoys the company of people of all ages and is especially good with children.
Socks ambles contentedly on daily walks and is such a delightful companion! She also has fun playing in the fenced yard, where she bounds about in total joy. We enjoy seeing her having such a great time.
One of her favorite things to do is roll around in the grass and kick up her legs - she is such a joyful presence!
Most of all, Socks loves to hang out with you to enjoy the day! Pets and cuddles are especially appreciated! Socks has so much love to give, and we truly adore spending time with her!
Socks absolutely loves being in play groups with her fellow shelter companions. If you have another dog, we do require a meet and greet to ensure compatibility.
Socks wants to please and should master any commands you wish to teach her.
Socks recently represented the shelter at two offsite events and was a star! She was Miss Congeniality, enjoyed meeting many new friends, and had an amazing time!
We are so grateful to Carla Miles for her beautiful photos of our dogs and cats!
