Additional info:

Meet Sargent, a low-maintenance senior gentleman who found himself at the shelter in his golden years after being neglected as a stray. Despite these rough circumstances, his foster has been treating his skin and ear infections, and Sargent is now looking and feeling so much better. As his health improves, his delightful personality is shining through!

Sargent is independent and cautious around new people, but once he trusts you, he is sweet, gentle, and loyal. His reserved nature makes his love for those he trusts all the more special. He enjoys short strolls outside, hanging out in the park, and is (essentially) potty trained. While he spends much of his day napping, Sargent still has a zest for life and absolutely loves playing with his toys. He lights up at the sight of a ball, chasing it with enthusiasm and no mobility issues.

Sargent has also proven to be well-mannered and behaved in the office with his foster mom. In the evenings, he loves curling up with you to watch TV and happily accepts a back massage or belly scratch before sleeping through the night. Sargent would thrive best in a home with no other pets.

Adopt Sargent and give him the loving retirement he deserves!
