Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Roxette
Who loves the misfits as much as we do?!
Roxette came from a hoarding situation in Westmoreland County. At some point in her life, she experienced an injury that injured and degloved her jaw. She was never given vet care that would have lead to a surgery to fix it. So, Roxette's jaw healed on its own over time. Our vets say it is too late for that surgery and it would only be cosmetic at this point. Roxette does not have any special nutritional needs. She just needs a family to love her the way she is!
Roxette is shy at first because she hasn't forgotten her rough past quite yet and will need some patience to adjust to normal life. After she gets comfortable, she turns into a purr machine! She is 3-4 years old and does great with other cats and dogs. She would prefer to live with at least 1 other friendly cat for companionship and to show her the ropes. Adopt Roxette and give her the home she longs for. She’s such a special lady and that snaggle tooth just adds to her charm!
