Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Trooper is from rural West Virginia where adoption rates are low. He is from a litter of nine. The people that turned him and his littermates into the shelter said that he is a lab/chow mix. He has a spotted tongue and looks like he will be a pretty good size dog when grown. His birthday is May 12th. He weighs 11 pounds.
Trooper is going to make a great companion dog. He really enjoys spending time with people and other dogs. He loves to be held and loved on. He groans with pleasure when you snuggle up with him. He is always up for a good belly rub. He likes the outdoors and enjoys playing with other pups. He walks well on a leash and likes to explore new things. He rides well in the car.
Trooper has been wormed and had his first two puppy shots. He will need a third puppy shot and a rabies vaccination in a few weeks. We require that his neuter surgery be prescheduled and prepaid prior to going to his new home. Trooper has been vetted as much as possible while in our care.
Trooper's adoption fee is $200.
