Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Cordelia is stunningly beautiful both inside and out. This loving and smart German Shepherd is around 1 year old and weighs about 70lbs. Beautiful Cordelia is available for either in-state adoption or adoption and transport to another state.
The hard puppy stage work is done with this one! She walks well on a leash and can sit and shake paw. She is house-trained and crate-trained and generally has good house manners for her age. However, leaving food unattended on the counter could be risky! She is exuberant about life and so willing to please. She has so much more to learn and experience in life. Like all young shepherds, she will need her current training reinforced and developed further, as well as regular socialization. She loves to play with toys and other dogs! She currently lives in a foster home with several dogs of all ages and sizes!
German Shepherds want to be with their people and Cordelia is no exception. She loves to be at your side or feet whenever possible and will remind you to pet her if you forget. Cordelia is looking for the security of a forever family where she can live inside and be a true part of the family, never to be abandoned again. She would enjoy a fenced yard and an active family that will take her on hikes or walks to get the exercise and experiences she needs.
Cordelia is spayed, tattooed, fully vaccinated (DAPPvL2, Bordatella, rabies), and microchipped. She is negative for heartworms and receives monthly heartworm and flea prevention. She is ready to go, patiently waiting for the right someone to choose her.
We would love Cordelia to have a fabulous forever home and we will consider both in-state and out-of-state applications. Her in-state adoption fee is $300. Her out-of-state adoption fee is $500 and includes the cost of ground transport by a reputable and trusted transport company. She can be transported almost anywhere within the continental United States. Cordelia is located in Texas but can be transported after she is adopted.
