Here's what the humans have to say about me:
🐶 🐕 MILLIE Female Border collie mix approximately 8 months, 21 pound & AVAILABLE – check out more photos and see the rest of our dogs on our website -- https://norcalbcrescue.org/available-dogs/our-dogs/ 🐕 🐶
MILLIE is a sweet and spunky 21-pound eight-month-old puppy who will steal your heart. With a beautiful red and white medium coat, MILLIE is a package of adorable fun and energy. She likes toys, but this girl primarily wants to be with you, doing things together and cuddling. She is a fast learner, is treat & people-motivated, loves to run and play, and has a keen curiosity for her environment. She might enjoy dog sports like agility or canine scent work (aka nose work). MILLIE will be willing to do whatever you ask her to do & then snuggle with you afterward.
Born in October 2023, MILLIE is energetic & smart, so be prepared with games, training opportunities, or dog sports for this girl. We’d especially like to hear your ‘puppy plan’ for giving her what she needs to work her little brain & body. MILLIE lives with other dogs in her foster home and loves to play with foster dog Rin, so she is well-socialized to dogs. She has had a few accidents in the house, but does ask to go out and is close to success. As smart as she is, that should come together once she has one-on-one, consistent direction from you.
MILLIE sleeps all night in her crate, is up with the sun, ready for breakfast and to start the day. When the sun goes down, she is ready to nestle into bed and get some well-deserved shut eye.
MILLIE is micro-chipped, spayed, heartworm negative and on preventative, and up-to-date on vaccinations. If you have an approved Northern California Border Collie Rescue & Adoptions Adoption Application (https://norcalbcrescue.org/adoption/adoption-application/) and wish to inquire about MILLIE, please email us at Adoptions@norcalbcrescue.org. If you have an approved adoption application with Border Collie Rescue of Northern California let us know and we will request it be forwarded to us for consideration.
MILLIE is fostering in Granite Bay in Placer County, CA.
