Meet Benny, the brilliant 1-year-old Border Collie looking for his forever home!
Border Collies are known for their intelligence, trainability, and boundless energy, and Benny is no exception. This smart pup is eager to learn and thrives on mental stimulation and physical activity. Whether it's mastering new tricks or embarking on outdoor adventures, Benny is always up for the challenge!
However, it's essential to understand that Border Collies have a high prey drive, and Benny is no different. He wouldn't do well in a home with dogs under 20 lbs or cats, but he's dog-friendly otherwise. Benny needs a family who can provide him with plenty of exercise and mental enrichment to keep his active mind and body engaged.
Despite his rough start, Benny has made an incredible transformation. Found in a field with two other dogs in Ontario, Oregon, Benny was covered in fleas and ticks and very underweight. But thanks to the love and care he received, Benny is now healthy and ready to find his forever family!
