My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Sorrel, a charming hound mix named after the elegant and vibrant sorrel plant! Like his namesake, Sorrel exudes grace and charm, getting along famously with other dogs but preferring a cat-free and child-free home where he can shine as the center of attention. He delights in serenading his human companions with melodious howls and barks, echoing the rustling leaves of the sorrel plant in the wind. Despite being heartworm positive, Sorrel's resilience is as strong as the deep roots of the sorrel plant, and with ongoing treatment, he's on track to bloom with health and vitality. His criprorchid condition doesn't slow him down - he's a spirited explorer, always eager to embark on new adventures, much like the spreading growth of the sorrel plant. Sorrel thrives in a nurturing environment where he can receive plenty of love and care, mirroring the nurturing soil that supports the sorrel plant's growth. His vibrant personality and friendly demeanor make him an ideal companion for a family ready to embrace his unique charm. Come meet Sorrel today and watch him bloom in a forever home filled with love and happiness!
