Jasmine is a sweet, sassy, and vocal 5yo Alaskan/Siberian husky w/ a pinch of German shepherd. We adopted her from the Humane Society about 2.5 years ago. We love her dearly, but are now facing housing insecurity. She is currently being fostered in the Tacoma/Seattle area.
Jasmine loves to cuddle, run, and wrestle with humans and canines alike. She gets stupid excited when her people come home, jumping up and doing half flips, and teasing them into a game of tag. It sounds like she’s saying, “Where WERE you!?” When she hears her people approaching the door. Sometimes she’ll sing or howl if you start her up. Firetrucks not required.
Outside the yard/home, she needs to be on a lead at all times, as is common for huskies. She’s a free spirit, and all recall skills go out the door with her once she’s loose. Doors, gates, and fences need to be secure.
Jasmine is best suited for a home with humans over 10yo and dogs at least as big as her.
