Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
When we asked foster mom what her favourite thing is about Trish, she replied: "She is so dang easy and incredibly loveable." (Truth be told, foster mom went on and on, but we had to cap the gushing or it would never fit into this bio)
In a short time, Trish has mastered just about everything; house training, crate training, stairs, elevators, car rides, condo life, and she gets along great with dogs, people, kids and cats. On leash she still does a bit of a zigzag (she wants to see it all!), she is food motivated and eager to learn, and will be a pro in no time!
Trish has quickly adapted to her foster family's daily routine. She enjoys a few longish walks a day, emptying the toy bin, loungy naps on her dog bed, and play time with her canine foster sister (check out the youtube video). Perpetually affectionate, she will never miss an opportunity for cuddles with foster mom and dad. Although this sweetie was once found alone on a beach in Tulum, she has really flourished living in her foster home!
In Trish's future home, she will need another dog for playtime and confidence. Trish is great with respectful kids, cats, and adults, and would make a wonderful family dog. Since Trish loves her people, she'd be happiest with adopters that are home often, or would love tagging along to a dog friendly office. A yard would be a bonus, however as long as she gets a few long walks a day (1-2 hours) she will be content!
