We are pretty sure Stripes was orange in a previously life. He is an absolute doofus. He talks constantly, races around the house like an oversized kitten, and often runs directly into doors and walls just for fun. He has zero idea of what personal space is and has to be as close to you as possible all the time. He loves other cats and dogs too! Stripes can be shy at first but with his people he is the biggest goofball. He does get upset when he's not getting attention - if he wants attention and you ignore him, he will act out like a child and smack your leg or grab your shirt as you walk by (he's still learning manners!). Because he is high energy and a bit touchy about his attention, Stripes is not recommended for a home with young children. However, over the past few months he has become best friends with his foster brother Majesty - they do a great job of tiring each other out, and alternate between snuggling, playing, and getting into disagreements (just like brothers do). Because they get along so well together, we'd like them to be adopted as a pair. Please take these two home!
If you'd like to meet this cat or think this cat would be a good match for your family, please complete our adoption questionnaire at http://www.trentoncats.org/adoption-questionnaire/ and let your references know someone will be contacting them soon. All our cats are neutered, up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, dewormed and flea-treated, tested for FIV/FeLV, and microchipped prior to adoption. Thanks for opting to adopt!
