My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Sissy! This older gal is about as sweet as they come!! She was found as a stray so we don't have a lot of background on her. We approximate her age around 9 years. She has been spayed and had mammary glands removed due to tumors - all biopsies came back negative! She also had recent bloodwork that looks good and had a dental where a fair amount of her front teeth were removed. Other than some sensitive skin, she has a clean bill of health :)

Sissy is one of those dogs that likes to spend most of her time napping - whether it be in a comfy bed or cuddled with you in bed. She also looooves a good belly rub and will roll onto her back as soon as you approach her. She does well with calm dogs and has been fine with cats. She hasn't been around a lot of small children, but her behavior leads us to believe she would be fine with them. She is housetrained and crate trained as well!

Sissy's adoption fee is $150 and includes the vetting listed above, as well as her vaccines and microchip. If you are interested in adding Sissy to your family, please visit www.helpingpawsonline.com/adoption-application

Go meet their pets

Helping Paws is a foster based rescue that does not have a facility to house our adoptables. We believe they are better off in a loving foster home while they wait for their forever family. If interested, please fill out an application, and we will set up a time to schedule a meet and greet for you and the animal.
