My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Shadow. I am guessed to be 9-12 months of age and I am currently about 40 pounds.

I am a very happy and energetic girl that LOVES nature walks. I love the outdoors and love when my foster dad takes me on nature walks using a 30 foot leash so I can explore freely. I cannot be trusted off leash unless I’m in a fenced yard. I am crate trained and working on house training.

My ideal home will be with a person or family that is very active and has a physical fenced in yard. My foster family will not allow me to go to a home with invisible fence. A home with another high energy dog would be fantastic so I can have a playmate. I have not been around cats yet. I am very loving and affectionate and have lots of energy. If you are looking for a hiking partner to go on an adventure with, I am your girl!

Please note that because we require a home visit at the time of adoption we can only place animals in homes within a 100-mile radius of Minneapolis.
