Meet Baxter, a sweet, friendly, energetic little 8 lb guy who loves to play with his toys and cuddle with you on the couch. He is a 1 year old Chihuahua/Miniature Pinscher and is house trained. To burn off extra energy, he needs moderate activity such as walks, playing fetch, or running around the yard. He does great on walks and does not pull on the leash. After burning off his energy, he is happy to look out the front door or nap in the sun. Baxter wants nothing more than to please you and is quickly learning commands like sit, stay, come and off; gentle but firm corrections help him to understand. He loves car rides, seeing new places and meeting new people but needs a little bit of time to investigate and warm up. Baxter gets along with most smaller dogs, but has not yet been tested cats. Always wanting to be the center of attention, will you consider providing him a spotlight in your home?
