My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi folks...my name is Angel and I am a 10 year young 12 lb West Highland Terrier ( aka westie) mix boy looking for my forever home. I was found by a good samaritan after having been hit by a car that sped away..whewwww...I am so grateful that she quickly came to my aid and got me to the vet where I was immediately attended to ...and then after an extensive search for my owners she reached out to the girls at FCCR to see if they could help....and they said YES! I am one blessed little boy , don't you think? Now I am in search of a loving and forever home since no owner has come looking for me despite the good samaritans search. Foster mommy says that my name describes me 100%---I am her little angel....I love to snuggle, play, eat ( I love to eat!!!), and I entertain her 24/7 with my silly ways....I can twist into a cute fuzzy little pretzel at night under the covers so she doesn't see me and I am an ace lap sitter and couch warmer specially when she's watching her favorite TV shows LOL. If you're interested in adopting me please fill out an application at www.floridacockerrecue.org ADOPTION FEE: $295.00

More about this rescue

Florida Coastal Cocker Rescue (FCCR) is a non-profit organization located in SW Florida. We are dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and re-homing Cocker Spaniels throughout the state of Florida and neighboring states. We rely 100% on donations and volunteers to help us take care of our dogs. All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on vaccines and rabies, heartworm tested, flea and heartworm treatment, and microchip.

FCCR carefully screens all of our potential furever and foster homes to ensure that our pups will have safe and loving homes. Some of our dogs come from shelters and abusive situations and we want to make sure that they will only see love the rest of their lives.
