Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Simba! Simba is a 1 year old, neutered male. Simba loves to make it all about him! Whatever your doing, he will wander over and try to shift your attention to play with him. He has a loud purr, and will happily meow at you to remind you how important he is. If you get caught up in housework, homework, or other tasks, Simba will follow you around and distract you until you get him the attention he needs.
Simba came to CHA as a stray when he was just a kitten. All this playful dude has ever known has been the shelter. Simba has been seen by our vet for her eye condition and it has been deemed scar tissue from a past injury and it is not expected to get any better/worse. Staff assume his eye-sight is impacted slightly in that eye but you would never guess by how often he's bouncing off the walls! Want to throw away your TV and find a new source of entertainment? Bring home Simba!
Simba does great with other cats and would absolutely love having a brother! We believe Simba would do best in a home with no small children due to his high energy.
To meet Simba in person please stop by the shelter on Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday during our normal business hours. Tuesday, Thursday, or Saturday doesn't work for you? To meet the animals any day of the week, please fill out an adoption application. Once your application is approved, we would be happy to make an appointment outside our normal business hours/days. To download an application, please visit our website at www.chippewahumane.com. Please call the shelter at (715)-861-5748 with any other questions.
