Special Needs - mild heart disease, he is not on medication. He will need a follow up Cardiologist appointment in 9 months (approximately Feb 2025).

Foster to Adopt

Are you looking for your soul mate? Are you willing to be patient to let this stunning boy, earn your trust? This is Chicken and he is 2.5 years old (dob 8/17/21). He has a heart of gold and will shine in the right environment with the right person. He may never be very comfortable with loud noises, fast movements or unfamiliar people, but this boy can show his love, like no other!

He would be great with other cats, in a calm environment.

Adoption events are held at the Fair Oaks Petco (Madison at Hazel) on Saturdays from noon to 4pm.

Our kitties are FeLV tested (negative), spayed/neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, flea treated, and microchipped. However, since the majority of our kitties are rescued from local high-kill shelters or 'from the streets', their backgrounds are unknown and we cannot guarantee the temperament or any unforeseen health problems that may arise with rescued animals. Our kitties are housed in foster homes in Sacramento County, California. Potential adopters are selected through an adoption screening process. There is a nominal adoption fee that goes towards the care of the kitties.
