Hi, I'm Fred. I was found as a stray with my pal Xenia. We were taken in by. a nice lady. I am a super sweet boy who loves toys and to play with other dogs. I am a happy guy who needs a chance at a better life. I am bonded with Xenia but can be separated from her if necessary. I am currently being fostered in the Chicago south suburbs, but can be transported to an approved foster or adopter. I hope to meet you soon!
