Stella was ADOPTED by the Rowland family 7/14/2020
Stella is a laid back kinda girl. She is a little bit shy at first but she will warm up quickly to you! Considering her start in life, it may have a little bit to do with the fact that she didn't start out in her foster mom's loving safe home. Sadly, Stella's mom and her litter of kittens were living outside where a lady was feeding many cats from her back porch. Since this precious kitty family was rescued, they have enjoyed the love and safety inside with their foster Mom, learning all the good things about what it feels like to be part of a family. Her foster mom says that while she is not super outgoing, she has a lot of personality and will be more of a relaxed cat.
At the time of this adoption post, Stella is cuddling with her kitty mom. In fact, Stella's foster mom says Stella's favorite "toy" is her kitty's mama's tail! And truth be known, Stella is a Mama's girl. She is pretty attached and they spend a lot of time together cuddling and keeping each other company. If you are interested in adopting two cats, would you consider adopting Stella and her Mama Luna together? If you work or go to school, Stella and her mom (or one of Stella's siblings) could keep each other company while you are away.
Stella is healthy and gets along great with children and adults, other kittens, and cats, but has not had the chance to be around dogs yet, so it is not known if she is comfortable with them just yet. While Stella would be okay in a home as an only kitty, we know she would also love a pet companion. If you are interested in meeting Stella or would like to know more about her family, please mention it on your adoption application and one of our representatives would be happy to set up a good time for you to meet them.
