My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Luke Skywalker is a fancy tuxedo teenage feline looking for a family where he can be the only cat. He is passive, playful, very snuggly, loves attention, and to “bake biscuits”. He. would be the perfect addition to a family.

Rescuer found him in her yard and initially thought he was “dumped”. He was super friendly so she was going to add him to her family. He got along well with her other two cats and was well received by family. She brought him into the veterinarian to be vaccinated and neutered. Upon treatment he was found to be FIV positive. There were no other health concerns (other than a mild ear infection). A blood panel was performed and he is in good health. He was neutered, vaccinated and ears were treated at the finder’s expense. Her only request was to find this sweet boy a loving home where he could live a long life. Unfortunately, she cannot risk the health of her other two cats by bringing him in her home permanently with his FIV diagnosis. Luke would be a an excellent companion for a one cat household.

Let's h elp give this sweet boy a chance. He comes with a basket carrier, blankets, and toys. He is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped.

Luke Skywalker is available for adoption from Dr. Sherry Stokes at Pebblebrooke Veterinary Hospital. Please contact Dr. Stokes at 239-354-4701 or via email: info.pebblebrookevet.net
