I am heartbroken to have to re-home Binti. I got her 3 years ago with her brother Carlos when they were both 3 months old. We recently had a new child and over the months, Binti has become more anxious and erratic due to how chaotic our household is and the new baby. We've tried a number of things, but it's clear now she needs a new home.
Even with these more recent changes in behavior, she has remained a sweet, snuggly kitty. She's always happy to chase a wand toy or laser pointer. She'll sit in your lap while you read or work on a laptop. She's often happy to come greet you when you get home.
I am hoping that I can find a home for her that doesn't have any young children and has a fairly stable routine. I believe she would also adapt well to most households with a cat or two or older children as well.
She's an indoor cat, still has her claws, weighs about 11 pounds and has a chip. I have medical records and adoption papers to pass along with her.
