My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We’ve always said that Charlie has ruined all other dogs (and pets for that matter!) for us forever. He is more human like than dog like and I know, I know- that most people feel like that about their pets, but we’re not the only ones that think so. Every time anyone meets Charlie, even if they are not dog people, he immediately wins them over. He has never had an accident indoors in his entire life, never chewed on anything besides his one toy, never bit anyone, doesn’t drool, he’s hypoallergenic, he walks without a leash, he even listens to commands in his sleep (we will shush him if he’s chasing cats too loudly in his sleep and stops immediately!) he loves kids, and gets along well with other dogs and cats. He will turn 8 y/o on June 14 this year and has been with us since he was just 9 months old. This decision does not come easily, as he is literally the BEST DOG around. Unfortunately, our schedules don’t allow for much time to dedicate to him and we want what is best for him.
