Benson (A396148) is a foster cat from Montgomery County Animal Services (https://www.mcaspets.org/)
Benson came into MCAS as a stray, but has adapted extremely well to indoor life. He will follow you from room to room and likes to be able to see his people, but he's not quite a lap cat - he's very respectful of your personal space! He also always gets compliments about being the absolute sweetest when he's at the vet. He's a lover for sure! He's about 7 years old but he still has plenty of energy, and gets the zoomies at least once a day. He LOVES toys with feathers and anything crinkly. He is FIV+, so any potential adopter should read up on FIV before adopting. He does not currently need special food or medicine for his FIV, but he was having some tummy troubles and is now eating only fish-based wet and dry food, which seems to have solved the problem. He has been happily sharing space with another cat and could potentially do well with others.
