Chai is a dainty, green-eyed beauty who originally lived in a large outdoor colony that Whiskers helped to TNR this spring. After raising seven (yes, seven!) kittens in our care, she is more than ready to retire from motherhood and be pampered in a home of her own. She is a very sweet, outgoing cat that loves to be around people, says her foster dad. Chai also enjoys snuggling with her feline friends and having heart-to-hearts with her humans. She is such a chatterbox! She will talk to you the whole time you are with her. She wants to make sure you dont forget about her. But then, how could we? If youre looking for a sweet, chatty cat, Chai just might be your cup of tea.

Whiskers TNR of Warren County aims to improve the quality of life for the county’s stray, dumped and feral cats. We also help responsible pet owners with expenses related to having their cat spayed or neutered. Whiskers provides educational information to increase public awareness of the need to better care for and prevent cats from becoming homeless. We encourage adoption and help strengthen animal rescue services throughout Warren County.

Whiskers TNR of Warren County supports humane education programs for the public and encourages respect and compassion for all animals. We strive to make a difference in the community, one cat at a time.

Whiskers TNR of Warren County is a corporation in the state of Iowa and is ruled by a board of directors. Whiskers is a 501(c)3 non-profit charity. This means that your donation is deductible on your annual income taxes. Whiskers TNR became organized and tax exempt in June of 2016.
