Hi everyone! I'm Lani and I'm a 4 year old Pit Bull Terrier girl who came into the shelter in May! I'm super sweet and really loveable, and I would love to find a forever home with someone who can give me lots of cuddles and attention. I have to eat some special food because of some allergies I have, and I do not like other animals, especially smaller animals (like small dogs, cats, or rabbits). I'm really hoping to find a home where I can be the only animal there. But I love humans and have a lot of love to give to a family. The San Gabriel Valley Humane Society (SGVHS) was founded by Fannie Thompson Kessler in 1924.

For almost 100 years, the San Gabriel Valley Humane Society has provided a variety of services to the local communities. Currently we serve the cities of San Gabriel, Temple City and Duarte.

We provide food, shelter and medical care to hundreds of dogs and cats who are stray and homeless, or have been rescued from abusive conditions or relinquished by their owners.
