You have to see the SMILE on our boy Toby!! His facial expressions say it all!! Toby is such a happy and loving boy who loves life. He was dumped in horrible condition, thin and emaciated but has since gained weight and is now a healthy, “cheesin”😁, confident lil man! He loves to play and run and always with a wagging tail. He is great with people of all ages and is approximately 3 years young.
