Hey, I'm John, a big ol' blockhead with an even bigger smile! I'm full of energy and love being out and about. Once I get my energy out, I'm much more chill. I know how to "sit," especially for treats, and I take them gently like the good boy I am. I'm also a huge fan of head scratches and booty rubs (I'll make you laugh with my happy wiggles!).

I love meeting new people, and I've been super friendly with both adults and kids-gentle as can be when walking past little ones. I've also shown some friendly interest in other dogs through the fence! When I'm out in the play yard, I love to sniff around and explore, but toys aren't really my thing. If you're looking for a high-energy guy who's always up for an adventure, I'm your dude! Just be ready for a fun, action-packed time with me!

LifeLine embraces the Adopters Welcome approach. This philosophy encourages conversation-based and open-minded adoptions, enabling us to find more homes for our shelter pets without unnecessary judgment.
We have many wonderful pets waiting to be yours! Adoption fees are $85 for dogs and $65 for cats (Dogs over 5 years old, $40). The adoption fee to persons over 55 years old is $40. Adoptions includes spay/neuter, age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, microchipping, heartworm test, fecal test, and Feline Leukemia/FIV test for cats.

Monday – Friday: 11:00am – 7:00pm
Saturday & Sunday: 11:00am – 6:00pm
Closed these holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
