Howdy! My name is Cowboy and I am an almost 2 yr old fun-loving guy who loves belly rubs, doing zoomies In yard, and going on walks. I am house trained and enjoy spending time with people, cats, and dogs.

I am very sweet and calm natured and absolutely love the outdoors. Especially rolling around in the grass.

I am told I am mazing with people and kids, and not a big barker unless necessary. ;)

I am just a sweet all-around amazing boy who can’t wait to find my Fur-Ever home.

Home checks are done virtually and in person.

Once your application is complete, we will place you in touch with the foster family of the dog you wish to meet. We cannot wait to help match you with the perfect dog for your family!

TGPR is a 501.c.3 organization dedicated to the protection and rescue of Great Pyrenees in Texas and surrounding areas.

TGPR helps Great Pyrenees that are considered at-risk for physical/mental injury, cruelty and abandonment and that may be subject to euthanasia and inhumane treatment.

We have Great Pyrenees of all different ages. We want to find just the right Pyr for you. We also adopt out of state, so don't hesitate if you aren't in Texas!
