Hello, I am Winter a 1 1/2 year old long haired beauty.

My name was given to me because it was snowing the day that I went to my foster family with my brother Tuxxy.

I was so scared at first, because I had been on my own for a while. But slowly I learned to feel comfortable with humans. I am a long-hair female cat and many people say that I am “cute”. Perhaps it is because of my face or is it my beautiful tail, which I proudly keep up when I am happily exploring.

I am a quiet cat. I enjoy soft music, soft-spoken people and I have to say, I do prefer to be with women. My foster mom is a yoga teacher and I love when I am with her in the yoga room. I love to follow her when she does all those funny positions, and I can sit close to her when she sits and meditates. Perhaps this is why she jokes with me and says that a better name for me would have been “Namaste”.

I love sitting at the window, watching trees, squirrels, birds and people walking outside asleep in the warm sun. But I have to admit that I prefer when people are at home and I can sit close to them, although not on top of them.

I am also very playful. I enjoy feathers… anything that has feathers interests me. I jump, I follow and feel like a hunter.

We are now ready for a loving home together, which will become our furever place, a place where we can feel safe and loved.
