Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bowser came to rescue through no fault of his own! He is a 10 month old long haired chihuahua mix full of puppy energy! He is looking for a foster to adopt home while he finishes his vaccines and is neutered.

Bowser appears to have some separation anxiety as his previous family was with him nearly always - he makes his displeasure known by barking. He is learning how to play appropriately with toys and will use puppy pads, but needs a patient adopter to help with house breaking. In his temporary foster home, he has proven to be quick to learn as he decompresses and allows his foster mom to put his harness on for going outside.

Bowser is outgoing and playful. He would benefit from having a similar sized doggy companion to play with. He is very unimpressed with cats, preferring to bark at them. It is possible that, with time and slow introductions, he could coexist peacefully with cat.
