My name is ChiChis, and I am a soft, cuddly, house trained, chihuahua mix. I am 7 years young and weigh a mere 15 pounds.
My foster mom says that I make her laugh every day. When she comes home from an errand, I greet her with a very boisterous hello with lots of tail wagging. I love to be near my people and will tend to follow her around the house and make sure I can see what she is up to. When she decides it's TV time, I will squeeze my way into a space next to her on the couch.
One special quality is that I am deaf. However, this has not stopped me from being a happy dog, and I know the "come" and "sit" commands with just a hand signal. When I need to go outside, I'll let you know with a low whine or bark. FYI, I have not had a single accident in the house and do not need to be crated when you leave. I would be best in a home with a fenced in yard, as it helps me feel more confident.
My foster home has other dogs my size. I cohabitate well with the laid back ones, who keep me company, but do not get in my face. I would likely be fine cohabitating with a laid back cat.
Do I sound like your perfect dog match? Please fill out an adoption from today so we can meet soon!
