My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Katniss!
Katniss and her siblings came to us in March 2024. While she is still very timid on our adoption floor, Katniss is hoping to find a quiet home where she can gradually come out of her shell!
In her time with us we have unfortunately not been able to see a lot of Katniss' true personality as she is so uncomfortable in the shelter environment. She has seemed interested in the other cats in our care and came to us with siblings so we would be willing to try her in a home with a feline friend to keep her company. We would recommend that she go to a home that is on the low energy side as quick movements and loud sounds do tend to frighten her. We will be sure to update Katniss' bio as we learn more of her likes and dislikes! For now, we have noticed that she likes to play with soft or catnip toys when she thinks there are no people around and she is certainly not picky about her food or treats.
If you have a little extra TLC to give and room in your heart for an especially shy girl, then stop by and meet Katniss today!

Katniss is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped.
