My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I’m Roux, a year-and-a-half-old 34-pound wirehaired terrier mix – possibly Wheaten. My fosters say I'm the best dog ever! I’m a happy, sweet girl. I prefer women but am nervous around some men. I'm being fostered with a couple and as long as the husband ignores me, I'm fine. I've blossomed in the foster home to the point I will snuggle with the visiting grand daughters. Ideally I would love to be with women, but in a dog-savvy home I have learned to live with multiple people and dogs. I like to run around in the yard, but can also relax and chill on the couch. I walk well on a leash and love my walks. I'm 100% housetrained, and I am easygoing about being left alone, too. I am friendly with children and other dogs.
