Butterscotch
Lovable and gorgeous!! This gal was a stray who was on the run for quite a while before she was finally caught and brought to the shelter by Animal Control. She was never claimed, has now been fully vetted and is looking for a loving home.
We do not know Butterscotch's past history and we really do not want to, but know that when she came through our doors, her new loving life began. When she arrived at the shelter she was severely emaciated and had severe ear infections. Her fur was very matted and it looks like she has had many litters of pups. She is estimated to be about 5 years old.
Butterscotch is doing great now and is having her medical issues addressed and she is gaining weight as she should. We believe she is a Saint Bernard and perhaps a Great Pyrenees mix and while she is a big girl that means so much more for you to love. And love is the key word here because she absolutely loves people. ❤️ She may still be a little tentative until she gets to know you but once she does, you have a loving friend fur-ever. She is starting to play with toys and is learning how to be a fur-baby!!
