Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Miss Latte. Critter Cavalry rescued this little lady and her kittens from the cold outdoors! She was kind of an indoor/outdoor kitty which was not the best. Now that she has raised her babies, she deserves the good life. She deserves to be safe indoors with a loving family. After being rescued from this unstable indoor/outdoor situation, Latte was a nervous nelly, unsure how to live the good life indoors with people and other cats. She hid a lot. Now, she is more relaxed and loving with her foster mom and dad. She responds when talked to, she likes to have her chin scratched, she purrs. She likes to snuggle next to her foster mom and dad on the couch and bed. She will let you pet her and hold her for short periods of time.

However now she has become very jealous when another cat comes nearby. Obviously this doesn't work very well in a house full of foster kitties! She would really love to be in a home where she is the only cat so she can settle in and bond with her people--a home where she can relax and get all the love for herself. With the right patient and loving family this shy girl will come out of her shell and become the loving kitty we all know is there. No dogs or small children. Latte is fully vetted, current on all shots, feline aids and leukemia negative, and microchipped. Most all our dogs are fostered in Tennessee and transport up to the Northeast or New England. Our fees start at $500 and can be higher depending on the dog and circumstances for their vetting. All fees cover the health certificate, transportation up to designated places for families to pick up their pre-adopted dog, spay/neuter, rabies, all shots, fecal and dewormings, microchip, complete vet check up and 4 way heartworm test if dogs are older than 8 months.

We are a full volunteer rescue organization. All of our animals are kept in loving foster homes, receiving the best care possible. A completed application must be submitted and approved to meet with our dogs/pups. A completed application helps us determine compatibility and also helps us to ensure a successful adoption.
