My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Zeppelin is a handsome two year old with all the characteristics of a mature pyr, calm, friendly, easy to get along with. He is looking for a new home with secure fencing as his people love him, but can not contain him on their large ranch and he likes to explore, so needs a new home with clear boundaries. Zeppelin has lived happily with a pot bellied big and other dogs, so we are fairly sure he's going to be good with most creatures. He is a great family dog who would love to play, take walks, and cuddle up with his new family!

TGPR is a 501.c.3 organization dedicated to the protection and rescue of Great Pyrenees in Texas and surrounding areas.

TGPR helps Great Pyrenees that are considered at-risk for physical/mental injury, cruelty and abandonment and that may be subject to euthanasia and inhumane treatment.

We have Great Pyrenees of all different ages. We want to find just the right Pyr for you. We also adopt out of state, so don't hesitate if you aren't in Texas!
