Meet Willie, an adult canine full of life and love. His playful and energetic spirit is contagious, brightening up any room he enters. He already weighs 48 pounds, but despite his high energy is incredibly gentle and easy going. He`s the type of dog that`s happy to play fetch one moment, then settle down for a quiet cuddle the next. He also likes car rides, running, toys, and walks. He`s already house trained and leash trained, so he`ll transition smoothly into his new home. His excitable nature never overpowers his manners, as he remains calm and composed around children, making him a perfect family pet. He is easygoing, friendly, and playful with the littles. His experience with other canines is not recent but he lived with siblings for months and enjoyed playing, sharing toys, and napping together. Willie is affectionate and friendly, seeking companionship and a loving home. He loves being petted. He was only given up because his family moved to another country. CAP adoption fees include a variety of services - age-appropriate vaccinations, canine heartworm, and feline leukemia tests, spaying/neutering, deworming treatment, microchipping to name a few - the total value of which exceeds $450. These minimal adoption fees cover only part of each animal's stay at our shelter - please help us keep adoption fees low while maintaining the high quality of care for the animals in our charge by donating and/or volunteering.
