My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Kiara lost her owner to cancer. He was a police officer and gave her to a friend that had to recently move to a single room and could not take her. He was so desperate to not find her someone to take her that one of our volunteers spotted him with her off a busy street w a sign he made where he wrote "Free". She has been in our care since her birthday where she had just turned 5yrs old. She is very smart, sweet, loves to play with her stress ball and does well with other bigger dogs. ❤️ Let's find this beauty a home with experience.

Additional adoption info

Our adoption process start with a meet and greet process where the adopter contacts us on a specific adoptable pet and we go for a visit, if granted the pet can do an overnight stay with the family for a trial to see if this is the right pet for your families lifestyle. There is a questionaire and an over night stay form to be filled out. Once the family decides there will be an adoption agreement and a fee which will include the pets vaccines, spay/neuter (if of appropriate age), microchip, valuable information on your adoptable pet in it's personal file and a special gift.

Go meet their pets

We set up with the interested adopters an appropriate time for them to meet and greet the pet at their home. This also helps us evaluate and approve any adoptions to the family interested. If there are other pets involved we can meet outside of the home or at a nearby park then continue the visit at home.

More about this rescue

Our rescue is a No-Kill, in home foster care environment which helps with the pets socialization and transition into a new forever home. Since we are able to accurately determine the pets demeanor, we can match & place our pets in the best home according to their character and the families lifestyle.

Our mission is to perform a top notch rescue, rehabilitation and rehome system for abused, abandoned, unwanted and neglected pets. All our pets get the best vetrinarian care regardless of their medical issues.

We also offer everyone we come in contact with, that may need to surrender their pet, alternatives so that they may be able to find a solution to any problems they may have with their pets to help them stay together long term.
