Meet Lucy. She is a bundle of energy and ready for a new home. Lucy would love a big yard and an active family. She loves to run, play and go on hikes. Lucy knows some basic commands (see video) and is very smart. She has been walking with the dog walkers who say she is a little strong on the leash because she gets excited and could use some continued training with a harness walker which she should catch on quick since she is so smart. Lucy is good with other dogs, we do not know what she thinks of cats. This friendly girl is about 2 years old and 67 pounds. Please help Lucy find the loving home she deserves.

We do NOT ship our animals. All adoptive families must travel to us to meet their adoptive dog/cat. Applicants must live within a 2 hour radius from Sparta/Andover (07871/07821).
Please understand that we are an animal shelter and thus unable to say whether the dogs are housebroken as they are not in homes.

Lucy's adoption fee is $200. This also covers all age-appropriate shots, spay/neuter, vetting & microchipping.
**If you are coming to an adoption event to see a certain dog/cat, please email ahead of time to make sure that dog/cat will be there that day. Please email 1-2 days before the event, as some animals are placed during the week and our list is constantly changing.
