Hello,

my name is Lord Spencer and I am full grown at 25 pounds. MomsVA is helping me find a new home because both people who have loved me for the last 8 years of my life are now in an elderly rehab facility and can no longer care for me.

I am house-broken, very sweet and affectionate, and quite active for a furry gentleman born in 2012. For most of my adult life I have been able to zoom around in a yard with an electric fence that backed up to a golf course. I am very spry for my age because of all the daily running around and barking at people and golf carts.

When I see other dogs on walks, I sometimes get too excited and behave badly. I do though get along well with the dogs in my foster home. I also have not had a lot of experience with children (and my reflexes are not what they used to be) so, at my age, the best home for me would be with adults in a calm, predictable environment.

If you have room in your home and heart for me, I will be a loving companion who will amuse you with how I can sit on my hind legs to convince you to give me a treat!
