My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! My name is Mango Mia. I’m a three-month-old female terrier mix. I weigh 6 lbs. When I am all grown up, I should weigh between 20 and 25 lbs.

I was found wandering in the parking lot of an apartment complex with my sister, Marley Mia. Thank goodness a Good Samaritan found us!

My foster mom says I’m a happy, friendly, sweet girl. I’m having such a good time playing with my sister in her big backyard. Everything is so interesting and new to me. I am learning to go potty outside, too, and I’m getting pretty good at it.

I am learning about all kinds of fun things. So far, here is a list of things I love. Squeaky toys. They are so much fun. Other dogs! They are pretty cool. Children! They are the best. Because of my size, though, my foster mom says I need to be in a home with older children.

I would do best in a home where someone is home often during the day. I need to be on schedule so I can really get the hang of potty training. I also need lots of exercise because I have lots of energy.
