Meet Chaplin, our newest star! Having recently returned to Perfect Pet Rescue, this handsome 6-year-old is settling into a leading roll. With his silky coat, loving eyes, and winning personality, this dapper fellow is definitely a star! At 14 pounds, Chaplin will be happy snuggling, walking, hiking, or just hanging out as long you are by his side. He’s an affectionate pup whose first two acts of his life were less than ideal. He was surrendered to the shelter when he was just a pup, infested with ticks and needing some TLC. Five years later, his adoptive family abandoned him.
