Charity is a beautiful medium-haired brown tabby. She was born approximately May of 2023. Charity is so ready to imprint on her person and be that loyal and loving cat she is cut out to be. She just loves the companionship of people and to be near you at all times. She likes to lay down next to you while you're relaxing on the couch and she will see to it that you never sleep alone. Charity loves toys and loves to play Chase with a ball or mousy. She is smart and knows when it's breakfast. She will look up at you with her mesmerizing green eyes and have a conversation as you prepare her meal. It's amazing how clean this girl keeps herself and what impeccable litter box habits she has. Charity was homeless and pregnant when she was rescued. She was slated for TNR but much too friendly to return to the streets. She was likely abandoned by her family or left behind as happens too often. Nobody seemed to be concerned for her, as she was hungry and living on the streets pregnant. We believe the other cats in The Colony were not very kind to her as she is not very fond of other cats. She really prefers people, so she would do better in a home where she is the only cat or where there is a very relaxed cat that respects boundaries. Charity has so much love to give and she can't wait to have a chance at a new start with a loving family.
