Meet Windy! Her story is one of resilience and hope. She was once a proud mother, adopted in April 2023. However, after about a year, Windy found herself back at HCCC, seeking a second chance at happiness. Windy is a 2-year-old female cinnamon Chow mix who has lots of love to give and gets along with dogs!

**Windy is located in Austin, TX. Paid transport can be arranged. Transport costs range from $200-400.**
