JOY

Rescued from a local Virginia AC. She WAS very skinny and totally unvetted.

Joy is estimated to be born around Jan 2019. Weighs a healthy sleek 50 pounds. Spayed and up to date on all medical. Super outgoing and friendly. Loves to give hugs. Sometimes jumping hugs. LOVES EVERYONE - people, dogs, cats... Athletic and energetic. Pretty good on the leash. Loves walks and could be an amazing running partner too. When supervised indoors, she is a good girl. She is very trained to potty outside. However, if unsupervised indoors, she should be crated because she might chew up the wrong things. She is great in her crate. She is able to climb a six foot fence. Here at the rescue, she has so far been safely contained with the help of coyote rollers on top of the six foot fence. She's not much of a barker! She has no special dietary needs. Really seeking a physically active person or family. She'd be a super playmate to another dog or two.
