Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Everest (the artist formerly known as Buddy) is handsome middle- ager who has been in and out of the shelter system since 2020. You read that right- this boy has spent YEARS of his life bouncing around, and he truly deserves to find his forever home. Here’s what we know about Buddy from his former homes:
- Housebroken and crate trained - Well- behaved when left home alone - Positive history with kiddos - Walks well on leash - Loves to be near his humans and is very affectionate - A big couch potato at home - Likes hikes and car rides - Loves toys and all treats - A big baby and a cuddler - Does well being bathed - Knows basic commands like sit and stay - Looking for a home without cats or other small pets
Everest is hard of hearing, but that doesn’t matter much to him- he’s just happy for snuggles and snacks! Here’s what one volunteer at the shelter said:
“Everest was easy to leash and walked nicely. He Knows sit (hand signal) and takes treats gently and responds to a thumbs up as a reward. In the yard he likes to explore and sniff. Very friendly and sweet.”
Everest has been easygoing, appropriate, and a bit playful when meeting other dogs in playgroup. He’d like to meet any resident dogs before heading home to make sure it’s a good fit. Ask to meet Everest today!
