Behavioral issues

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Abel is a little over 1 year old. He is a very skidish dog and has been sense a puppy. After trying to train him he has picked up on simple things. He can Sit Shake and Lay down, Abel is also Kennel trained as well as potty trained. Abel is good with children however would suggest older children as he is VERY food motivated. Abel’s bad tendencys happen to be around food, he will jump on cabinets, tables, stovetops (cooking). He is great with other dogs but has a bad habit of licking there face obsesivly. Abel needs a lot of 1 on 1 time with his new owner
